Cara i think Russia will be safe ,China would have told Russia about the virus they where about to release a long time ago ,and they would have been warned ,and they where ready for it .AND the US just did not think they would get it .Trump just ignored the warning .
On a bright note oil is starting to lift ,i hope they all start to cut production
