Personally if I was Russia or Saudis , I’d be stalling as long as possible just to ensure the nail is driven deep into US shale . Expecting it’s another month or two before the deal comes to light UNLESS Texas Railroad comes to the table In a non monopolistic way and “cuts by its own accord”. Effectively what it would be is a further global Extension of OPEC + for the greater good of the O&G industry globally.
