Correct me if i am wrong but i thought only about half of AMU oil production was hedged ? My understanding is that the level of debt carried by Amadeus is very comfortable and that they have excellent relations with their financiers.
As to valuations i really dont buy wandarra's methodology, but each to their own. Looking at recent presentation the potential upside in this stock lies in its aggressive drilling program especially when looked at in light of their historical drilling success.
As Kwaidan rightly pointed out AMU is increasingly its exposure to gas as the future driver of profitability.
Now we also have the ARW with new life being breathed into it as a ffurther positive.
Reserve statements out soon ? alittle more buyer interest and hopefully some new investors take a fresh look at this one. Wildcat to spud shortly. Plenty going on.
Kman do you know much about the well that they are currently re-entering ? renamed Mann#1. What is the size of target ?
