Bell Potter has just upgraded their opinion on the price for oil as they believe that the next Opec meeting on the 27th November will bring forced "production cuts".
In the mean time, according to "Oil Voice" some larger Oil Companies have cashed in their hedges as they also believe that an improvement in the price for oil will occur in 2015.
