mcwilly: Excellent post! And I do FULLY agree with you that "I can see the OP staying at these levels for a while yet"! Otherwise, the different OBJECTIVES would NOT be fulfilled/achieved!
The RISK in this kind of scenario is - JIMHO - the following: The "lowish" OP will depress the share-price of FAR and hence will make FAR an easier take-over target at a relatively "cheap" pricing. As mentioned: JIMHO.
