For those contemplating tradjng FAR after holding stock for some time.... Here is a run down on events on one of my previous stocks:

Jeez, this stock keeps going up and down in a 10-20% range. I've held for 6 months but im only up 10%. I could have doubled my holdings by now if I traded so I better sell and buy back on the dip.

Down 5% so better put in my buy order.

DAMN missed it its gone past my original sell point. Better wait for the dip again and buy back.

SH@t its up 20% and there is no news whats going on. it will retrace - stocks always do.
F*ck its gone up 100%. I didnt buy when 20% up so damned if I am buying now

%%$£§& Its up 500% and in trading halt pending review of takeover offer. I give up. I'll keep quiet and maybe nobody will find out.

Although past performance is no guarantee for current investments, I personally wouldnt be able to live with myself if I do it twice in a row.
