I got my documents last week.... Wednesday i believe... i have already taken up the offer as to not miss out (the pv of cash does not affect me here)... i am mulling the prospect of taking up some more but i really want to ascertain i will get them as i dont want my capital tied up...

In terms of how the rights issue is going... It should be pretty certain that atleast 50% subscribed i mean i would believe most of the substantial holders would have taken the opportunity... at a minimum atleast 30% take up i mean Eddie and his associates would not let holding dilute...
