The Syrian crisis has increased the price of oil to levels at the beginning of the year $116 per barrel for Brent oil. This increase will tend to rise all boats on the same tide if it continues and should provide a few cents lift to the SP for CTP and other oiler stocks as the sector becomes " hot". Fundamental prospects are still good as per the other posts with an oil production license to co me this year.
