Not saying that at all. Forecasts were for a very cold winter. We have had about a month of extremely mild weather that is taking away demand from natural gas and heating oil demand. Katrina damaged gas / oil producing gathering and refining capacity. Each day we have mild weather we are dodging a bullet and allowing a "build" in system storage. Also allowing for more damaged infrastructure to come back on-line before demand goes high.

Eventually very cold weather will arrive. Oil and gas futures are bouncing around on weather perceptions at this stage IF we avoid cold air for awhile they will continue to soften.
