Read on one site that many companies in the West would not want to get involved in the bankruptcy mess and therfore would avoid buying any ol that came from Yukos because of the possible loss of title to the oil.
You pay the cash, but title to the oil would be put in limbo.....
All I can say is what a mess and a good example of why not to invest in countries like Russia.
