$28.16) is realistic if U.S. did end up at war vs Iraq, says 4CastWeb; upward
pressure would come if Iraq disabled Saudi, Kuwait shipping ability, "but the
biggest single risk of a prolonged oil spike centers simply on a failure of the
U.S. mission." If reached $40, U.S. would take hardest economic hit,
risk-aversion would hurt USD, stocks globally could sink; in such scenario, buy
