Yes Qantas has hedging forwards in place but these are as intelligently and skillfully priced and calculated as the Noresmen contratcs and the AWA contracts of the early 1990's. Till it crashes no one will know how and why they were written the way they were.
Watch the Banks if I were you. If you are a punter there's volatility in them thar banks my friend.
