they dont have to 'pay over' to help the share price even if a 'low offer' lets say 3 cents a share came in which is very low esp once you re-evaluate he land. Management 'dont have to' take that low offer but they do have to disclose it - this would rocket the share price from where we are now as it would usually mean a 2nd or mean 3rd bid would come it. If we were really lucky two or more companies would come in and try buy us out but that is just wishful thinking.

I agree with you if we continue to stick to the plan and just drill well the share price might not do much till a few more 1/4s impress but allowing that to happen would also make a potential take over much more expensive ive said in the past >1bn USD is possible but like you said big oil might not want to pay that.

Reading between the lines DP has not mentioned anything concrete about post 'flames' there is only 2 reasons for this - he has legitimate no idea (which is unlikely considering how far the past processes were planned ahead) or he has been told if he can prove the 3 locations/DSU have oil at or above estimated levels an offer for part or all of it is in the cards. like you said oil in Russia is on the outer that can only be good for all US based operations.
