Actually its every action has an equal and opposite reaction sircorp which is still quite applicable because as the POO has lifted the sp's of oilers have too (an equal action) the opposite reaction will come from the inflows of liquidty & breathing room into US oilers which may well see the rig count stabilise and even possibly lift in places like the permian...have a good long weekend all and safe driving..
