On Feb 24th, please check my old HC post, I did report that Unaccounted US Production (-418,000 Barrels) on Feb 23rd was reported i.e. 0.5 mpd is unaccounted. Earlier month there was none unaccounted productions.

Most likely Unaccounted US Production is Black Market Oil (Libyan or Kurdistan ?) and bought by US Traders through secondary channels and recorded as unaccounted production.
