Not a word mentioned about Break even cost Except Our Aim is to Bring Down the Cost to $35-$40/Barrel. Clearly word, they are not even breaking even right now.

.... Annual report promise of $32/Barrel failed so quickly that they are now talking about break even at $40/Barrel in future (2017 or nearby)

If oil price does not recover significantly, indication is there will be another capital raising else they will be down graded..
