    Nearly 1b more shares, that is frightening?
    The questions has to be asked again why MS in his BRR confirmed that the funding was to come from Pensador, however the refinery was to be in CVI's name? Now it seems, a backflip has occured and CVI will raise the Capital or part there of by issueing 1B shares?
    20 cents is a great price but it all depends on who got them?
    Still some more questions have been raised?
