Oil refinery for Cuba, page-3

Venezuela I had heard was in the nodes for a massive refinery, but not Cuba but when you think about it does make sense for Cuba, also Australia should have a massive oil refinery on the NWS, it’s ridiculous shipping all our crude oil to Singapore and then buying it back the following week and shipping it back!!!!! Simply ludicrous in-fact and especially in the current world unstable environment we are in currently, and do any of you here realise we actually pay the USA to hold our crude reserves if it hits the fan war wise in the Asian Pacific, how ridiculous is that hey crew, why we don’t store strategic reserves here in Oz I will never understand and refine it all as well in Oz like we once did and I think will do again soon.
