I did remark above/below that actually being seen to delegate was the final nail in the coffin, the first nail, on reflection, came from your earlier post where you stated:

"I quickly realised that ENTP/J was more career enhancing and so I left those introvert 'losers' behind by lying like crazy about how much I preferred chatting with hairdressers over reading a good book"

This seemed to imply some sort of ambition in the career environment, something of a complete anathema to an INTP
