    I saw this news (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/exxon...e-031139829.html;_ylt=AwrSbmMYQudUzwEA6PcL5gt.) a couple days ago and it kept me thinking who will be the right take over, my first impression was  santos as they have a very depressed SP and a bunch of good quality assets however Oil Search will be better company as the have already a significant producing asset which they know as well good acreage in PNG and the Kurdistan oil field.
