Have you noticed under new agreement between Total and Oil Search its share in Papua LNG will be 29%, exactly same that Oil Search it has in PNG LNG.

Stage is already set for Oil Search Take Over. Once Inter Oil Merger completed, most likely TotalSA and Exxon Mobil will swallow Oil Search in a 50-50 Deal.
