Yak, that is just too simplistic. It would not be hard to hold a stock down by the neck for 5 days in order to achieve such a proposed take over price. There are other methods of valuing a company other than your simple market manipulation suggestion.
If STO are in the market for OSH ( and I see no evidence) then your suggestion would not work for them ..... think about WHY mate.
