    I have been reading up on PDM tonight -similar Van/Moly in shale - but they have more direct ownership of shale. So IRC maybe smarter than we all think in having farmed out shale.

    Does anyone have any idea whether IRC extraction techn. of Vo & Mo from shale will be affected? Is digging up shale to extract the V/M "mining"?
