I have been in email contact with Bataa, and was told to wait for the quarterly to answer my questions. He did say that they can drill all year except for Dec-Feb window.
Can't say that my questions were answered, but I get the feel that news is close.
I did like it that the quarterly came out a few days early, it looks more professional.
