    It looks like GRV,ESMCA, thus ECM who hols a 25% interest have found a buyer for its SHALE in the form of Pulvorized shale to mix with coal. Very little infrastructure needed for this.

    India and China are very likely to want both Alpha deposit (400 approx liters /tonne) or others at 140 liters/ton---both of thes have significantly higher calorific values than coal
