could be two reasons - 1. because they are getting deeper higher chance of things going wrong, we don't want the problems of PB1, also don't forget they are 20 days ahead of PB1 in comparison and around 30 days from finish. 2. to keep the punters / investors interested so they can raise some more coin when required. I favor 1.
