I owned ARQ from 14c to 70c and felt robbed when it went to $2 LOL , shareholders (well me at least) want to see the next WPL ... not the next takeover cheap target ,, Im sure you followed WPL and the huge Shell T/O scrap at $6 or was it $8 ??? You are a very good stock picker and patient investor .. but for PPP (which i hold) where is the 'bluesky'?
