I have good information about Elk from a friend of 19 years & he is also on this thread, although is a shy type and doesn't say much,
but you can be sure that he doesn't fart with out making money for it !
I saved $100,000 cash for my house in 19 years & in the same time he owns million from shares & has several houses.

I should have followed him years ago.

so now I wish to be possitive.

& put my money where my mouth is :)

and if it goes pear shape SO BE IT.
