In the last 24 hours, oil prices up another 2%, CTP secures over $5mil in govt funds to get the Surprise oil field started by the end of the year. CTP notes that it is in negotiations still for a farm in to get the Surprise field up and running (there is a larger field to the east of the currently demarcated oil area). The SP has bottomed out in the 6 cent range and looks stronger on the charts.
As the oil market in general picks up, this is a relatively well de risked project.
