I find it hard to understand the trading on rfe. I understand the strategy of someone trying to accumulate and attempting to keep the price down while they do that, but the volume with rfe is only quite small on a daily basis and it seems that while there are no large buys (institutions), there are few small buys (retail) as well.
RFE just seems to be under the radar.
