oil up, dow up - time for rfe to explode, page-8

I left Sydney about lunch time and drove north for 3 hours, then looked at RFE and nothing had happened... lol

I'd recommend that by the way - stop looking for a while...

I suspect the price will be held around here until we see a new issue announcement for the 20 million new shares - I could speculate on why but I'd probably sound cyncical.

Even though most of the new shares will be tightly held by top 20 holders,
20 million new shares is a lot of new capital for the market to absorb, and all stocks behave a bit strangely while a placement is being done. RFE is holding up pretty well I reckon.
