I agree that there must be some manipulation taking place with the SXY sp although it does not seem to be a big player, but someone who has found a way to manipulate this stock on low volume days. What is the equivalent agency in Australia to the SEC (securities and exchange commission in the US)? How does one file a complaint? It would be very easy for them to review the paper trail of trades to determine if there is any illegal manipulation taking place.
I agree SXY should be well above 0.50 at this point with their entry into the distressed east coast gas markets with such a strong outlook. I believe they will be flying high within the next 12 months.
