why let oil stocks fall going into the winter months ???
unless the price of oil is being held back. that's the only reason i can think of !

Crude-oil futures turned higher on the heels of a two-session loss of nearly 3%, as traders bet that U.S. data due this week will show a third-weekly decline in distillate supplies, which include winter heating oil. The benchmark December contract was last up 53 cents at $59.34 a barrel.
