The well was in the early stages of flow-back and shut in early. No point in trying to collect a whole heap of water to catch the oil, best to just wait for separator.
Condensate is formed when the temperature of the gas in the zone reaches it's dew point. I have not seen mention of condensate in the NWE reports. It would be a bonus though as it commands a 10-15% premium to a barrel of oil.
