Many say that. But many say otherwise.
One thing for sure though BHP has had a bad run the last 12 months with Samarco, the widely criticized unconventional oil buy, low POO and commodity downward spiral. These are factored into the current SP.
So unless we see those POO prices take another serious dump ie high 20s or worse, then you have to feel pretty safe at current entry price. Can never be 100% in the stock market but it's about as good as Blue Chip gets in the ASX.
