First of all, may I suggest that you get yourself a map or atlas, and see where Mauritania is.

Then consider for youself the difficulty of China or India carrying out naval operations there.

Then consider the cost of losing, say, half a dozen modern frigates in that enterprise, and compare it to, I dunno, merely paying $3 cash a share to all Hardman shareholders.

Remember, a bully often cannot steal what a polite customer can freely buy.
