My god, how often are we going to rehack this old debate about NEN reporting frequency vs our own personal desired frequency?
When they have a result with commercial significance they will report it. If the results of the drill are good it will be a great announcement and the price will go up. If the news isn't good then the price will go down. Making announcement with little snippets of non-result news is not their style and they really don't seem to care about fueling speculation and guessing games. People who buy into this stock know not to expect such interim announcements.
Betting on speculative O&G plays is long enough odds as it is. Betting that a leopard will miraculously change its spots while similtaniously pulling off one of the bigging finds for an AU O&G junior just seems like stacking the deck against yourself. The reporting is what it is.
