I refer to this piece in the May 04 update.
"Nexus will be seeking additional equity funds during the next 6 months. Opportunity will be given for all shareholders to participate in a future capital raising by way of a share purchase plan. The Company will continue to concentrate on strengthening its shareholder base with strategic placements to select institutional investors."
