I wouldn't pay too much attention to Hartley's research based on past performance.
Mind you these guys have been brought onboard several times to assist with cap raising and therefore have a vested interest in talking the numbers up.
Whilst I agree that $1 & $1.50 were the last points of accummulation before the 08 slide - I wouldn't be selling the farm thinking this was a lay down mezzaire.
