It's definitely good news. It demonstrates the presence of hydrocarbons, its on dry land, it diversifies some of Hardman's risk associated with Mauritania. Hopefully it will reverse some of the nagative sentiment that has gone with the string of dry wells over the past few months and help to get Hardman back to the price it should be.
