The price action for this news is factored in, as it will be when they announce that all is back up to speed.
The 2 months is the expected timeline, we'll know how things are going by then regarding Hakia2 and the ST of Tarantula. If results are positive, the SP will move well before these extended wells are producing.
The underlying fundamentals and cashflow are very well supported by much more than just J4.
