Good posts all round, but what do we do about it to end this merger? I like many have returned my voting form in the negative, but I have noted previously the two resolutions we voted on don't relate directly to the "merger implementation agreement". Rather buying Mortons' shares and options as a part of the wider deal and secondly Langusch's "incentive" payment. I recall reading about Holy's post last year, and my question at this point is whether the actual vote for the merger will be based on people at the meeting?
