    1. its an underground mine so no open pit. similar operation proposed to ncm's u/g gold mines in cadia

    2. irr is highest for the gold zone because thats the richest area of the orebody. triple zone doesn't have a high overall concentration of gold. gold and vanadium, titanium and magnetite credits are the main asset.
