JINLA, if you have no interest in CAP, why are you here posting about it negatively all the time?

It's just downramp after downramp for you it seems....

But JINLA if you're going to downramp, you should probably make it at least a little bit believable instead of posting rubbish like "company just make story, company make capital raising". Your statements have no substance and cannot be substantiated.

They HAVE cash, and are getting more, there'll be no dilution.

They've never been to the bank for cash, they've never been to the market for cash.

BMG are paying CAP $8m for the drilling.
BMG have already paid CAP $1m non-refundable.
BMG will pay CAP another $4m.

As per their email to me two days ago:

"The deal with BMG still stands in its entirety as per ASX Announcement dated 20 April 2010, we will be receiving, as advised to market, funds in three tranches over next three months, $8 M for exploration funding and $4 M for CAP. These payments will begin on 15 May 2010 and then the two following months of June 2010 and July 2010.
Once again thanks for your contact.
I trust that this will allay your concerns and that of other Hot Copper Forum members."

Are you saying that the company is lying? In writing?

Are you saying that Mr. Conglin Yue is a stupid person for spending nearly $4.5m investing in CAP?
