It is not a double bottom.
It is a triple bottom,with 2 subsequnt bottoms lower than the one before but indicators higher. Hence double bullish divergence.
Algos, BOTS, Artificial intelligence have been painitng the chart to throw even the strong believers out.
I think that phase is done now. So just a question of waiting for the break out and follow through.
Trend line has been suggesting that now.
