Influences beside the insto holdings,I include GS in that,had the numbers to effect change-people with serious exposure-who collectively have a lot of sway.

Big big money involved.

Personally,having spoken to PC (pestering more like truth be known) I quite liked him,polite,professional,not much not to like really.

Does this mean he will not be gracing the Melbourne latte set in the not too distant future?
