I reckon once GRR sells off part of it's stake in South Down (say down to keeping 50% as opposed to 70%) and through ShaGang we can obtain cheap debt funding from Chinese banks, then the need to raise capital will be substantially reduced (or hopefully eliminated).
In that case, the sp will go through the roof.
