My opinion only but I think SSN is on the cusp of a breakout. It appears a "bull flag" on the weekly chart is just about complete (pls google the term if you need a visual).

If my assumption is correct the next 1-2 weeks should put the faith back in holders. If it does start to boogie an obvious immediate target will be the top of red channel marked out. Otherwise I will take a neutral view if SSN does not move during this window of opportunity.

Some observations:

1. Price has drifted lower of late on low volumes (shallow retracement)
2. Price is right at the bottom of the rising channel (red lines)
3. Price is also right on the 30 week moving average (yellow line)
4. Market cap <$100M yet it has $75M in cash
5. Oil is starting to look quite bullish
6. Noticeable shift in sentiment (and volume) from lunchtime today (suggesting something is starting to bubble up)
