wre, if that is the case - the date of the announcement follows the options expiry, I will be selling the heads and kissing the company goodbye. The legal action is an extra ordinary event, because of this it is only reasonable that the option holders are granted time extension. As I have just said I will be out of the heads if the extension is not made as this would signal an opportunistic management.
