Also on the topic, I just want some clarification of sometihng that may be plain obvious.
Simply, why did Lynas build the LAMP without getting POL approval first? Or is there a requirement that the LAMP has to be completed, assessed, meet the requirements then grant the POL??
If there is no requirement, then Lynas could be wasting all this invesment in the LAMP and getting knocked back for a POL??
Appreciated if anyone could clear this up. Thanks
